Hello, my name is Hannah Acosta, and I founded Big Sky Country Preschool out of a deep passion and urgent need to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the children in my community. As the owner, director, and lead preschool teacher, I bring over 20 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.
I hold an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of preschool settings across Nevada, California, Idaho, and Montana, including Head Start programs. These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge and perspective that I draw upon when creating meaningful and engaging learning opportunities for the children in my care.
Together with my qualified and dedicated staff, I am committed to providing the highest quality care and education, fostering a warm and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

Hello, my name is Alana Acosta, and I am proud to serve as a preschool teacher at Big Sky Country Preschool. I have been part of the program since its beginning in June of 2012, and it has been a joy to watch so many of my students grow, learn, and thrive over the years.
My experience in Early Childhood Education comes from both hands-on learning in the classroom and the many child development classes and workshops I have completed. These opportunities have helped me develop creative teaching strategies and a deep understanding of how to support each child’s unique learning journey.
I feel truly blessed to be part of such a nurturing program and to help guide children through these important early years.

Hello, my name is Marie Acosta, and I serve as the cook and classroom support staff at Big Sky Country Preschool. I have been part of the preschool family since 2014, and it has been a privilege to help care for and nurture so many wonderful children.
I take pride in preparing nutritious meals for our students, following the strict guidelines of the CACFP federal nutrition program. I also model and implement family-style dining, which encourages independence, social skills, and healthy eating habits. Beyond the kitchen, I enjoy supporting in the classroom and being part of the children’s daily learning experiences.

Hello, my name is Kayla Randancer, and I am a substitute teacher at Big Sky Country Preschool.
Before joining Big Sky Country Preschool, I gained valuable experience as a substitute teacher for Head Start and as a nanny. I also supported my mother in the early days of starting Big Sky Country Preschool, which gave me a deep appreciation for the mission and values that guide our program.
Outside the classroom, I love spending time in nature and feel most at home in the great outdoors. I also enjoy art and have been able to put this talent to good use by designing and painting the infant and toddler rooms, creating bright and welcoming spaces for our youngest learners.
